RETURN OR EXCHANGE TIMING

Purchases made outside of the above-mentioned period may be returned or exchanged within 30 days following delivery.

Once received, your return or exchange may take five to seven business days* to confirm its unworn, pristine condition with our quality control inspection process. 

*Popular gifting seasons or exchanges with limited availability may extend this timeline.

Refunds will return to your original method of payment.

 

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES VIA THE ZALUNARDO CLIENT RELATIONS CENTER

Should you wish to make a return or exchange of your Zalunardoxx.com or Client Relations Center purchase by mail, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Zalunardo Relations Center at 416.705.8479  to make arrangements.
  2. A Zalunardo Ambassador will provide you with a unique return authorization number, which must be noted on the return form included in the original shipment.
  3. For security purposes, when mailing any Zalunardo creation, please do not indicate Zalunardo or the contents of the package on the outside.
  4. Please send back your return or exchange via the provided pre-paid FedEx shipping label. We strongly recommend you keep note or take a photo of your return tracking number located on the label. 

 

CREATION CONDITIONS

Zalunardo creations eligible for return or exchange must be in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and tags and stickers attached to them in the original packaging, including the warranty and authenticity certificate. The original sales slip must be included. Zalunardo will not accept any return if the creation shows signs of wear, has been used, or has been altered from its original condition in any way.

Engraved, embossed, personalized, special order, or made-to-order creations cannot be returned to Zalunardo for exchange or refund.

Timepieces: Watch bracelets that have been adjusted must be returned with the exact same number of links as in the original delivery package.

You can request a return or exchange of your items within 30 days by contacting Zalunardo Client Relations Centre.

All Zalunardo designs are beautifully wrapped in signature Zalunardo packaging.

Gift wrapping is not available for select items including refills and watch straps. Visit your local boutique or contact the Zalunardo Client Relations Center to learn more.

You can accompany your purchase with a personalised message on a signature Zalunardo card.

DELIVERY OPTIONS

STANDARD DELIVERY: 2 TO 3 BUSINESS DAYS

Complimentary with all Zalunardoxx.com orders. Additional time may apply to some selections.

EXPRESS DELIVERY: 1 TO 2 BUSINESS DAYS

$35 per order or complimentary with Zalunardoxx.com orders over $500 when available.

If the express delivery option is not available upon checkout, it may mean that additional time is required to process and ship your selection.

Please note that express delivery may take additional time if you have requested personalization or adjustments. In such cases, the Client Relations Center will contact you to propose other arrangements.

HOLIDAY AND SPECIAL OCCASIONS

Any noted dates regarding delivery in time for holidays are calculated using the express delivery option for readily available items. To ensure your creation will be ready for your special occasion, we recommend placing your orders before these dates, allowing enough time for potential payment reviews, carrier holds, or other unexpected circumstances which may cause delay.

 ORDER TRACKING

You will receive regular updates regarding the status of your order via email; if you have not received these emails, please check your spam filters to ensure your order emails are arriving in the correct folder.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
