Standard Delivery:
2 to 3 business days. Complimentary with all ZALUNARDOXX.COM orders. (Additional time may apply to some selections.)
Express Delivery:
1 to 2 business days; $35 per order; Complimentary with all ZALUNARDOXX.COM orders over $500. (Based on availability.)
Please note that in exceptional cases, express delivery may be delayed if you have requested bracelet adjustment or engraving. In such cases, the Client Relations Center will contact you to propose other arrangements.

ABOUT THESE TERMS OF USE
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to all visitors and users of our website and any related mobile applications (collectively, the “Platforms”).

Our Platforms are designed to share information about Zalunardo and our collections for personal viewing and reference.
We make every effort to present our pieces accurately; however, colors, finishes, and details shown on the Platforms may appear slightly different from the physical product due to lighting, screen settings, and technical limitations. For this reason, Zalunardo cannot be held responsible for variations between product images and the actual item received. Whenever possible, we encourage customers to review products in person or through authorized Zalunardo representatives before completing a purchase.
You are permitted to download or print one copy of content available on our Platforms for private, personal, and non-commercial use only. Any downloaded material must remain unaltered, including all trademarks, logos, or ownership notices displayed. Other forms of use — including reproduction, resale, modification, public display, distribution, or creating derivative works — are strictly prohibited unless you have received written permission from Zalunardo.
Unless otherwise stated, all designs, imagery, videos, text, graphics, and other content featured on the Platforms (“Materials”) are the intellectual property of Zalunardo and are protected under applicable laws. These Materials may not be used, shared, or displayed on external websites, digital environments, or commercial platforms of any kind without our authorization.
If these Terms are violated, your right to use our Materials ends immediately, and any copies made must be deleted or destroyed at once. Unauthorized use of Zalunardo Materials may result in legal action under intellectual property, privacy, and communication laws.
YOUR SUBMISSIONS AND UNSOLICITED COMMUNICATIONS
This section applies to any messages or content you choose to send to Zalunardo. It does not apply to personal information, which is handled under our Privacy Policy.
Any voluntary or unsolicited content you share with us through our Platforms, email, social media, or any other method — including messages, feedback, ideas, suggestions, questions, designs, or collaboration proposals — will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. By sending such material, you acknowledge that Zalunardo may use, store, or respond to it at our discretion without obligation or restriction.
You agree not to upload or submit any content that harms, disrupts, or interferes with the functionality of our Platforms, or any material that conflicts with the interests of Zalunardo.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY OF THE PLATFORMS

Zalunardo does not represent or warrant that the technical features of the Platforms, or any content made available through them, will operate without interruption or errors, nor can we ensure that the Platforms or the servers supporting them are free from viruses, security vulnerabilities, or other harmful elements. Any repairs, replacements, or data recovery needed as a result of using the Platforms are the full responsibility of the user.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zalunardo provides no warranties of any kind — express or implied — including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or reasonable care. We make no guarantees regarding results that may arise from using our Platforms, Materials, downloads, software, graphics, or links.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zalunardo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from the use of our Platforms or information provided on them. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, data, business interruptions, or damages arising from any form of claim — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
